Staff are always helpful. These people always seem eager to help a customer. I’m always treated very well here, way beyond most other theaters.

Comfy seats, you can get a discounts on popcorn or soda if u download their app. Today I watched Boyhood, don't ever think of watchin' it, the worst 3 hours in my life !

The sound quality is good here, but there are wear lines on the screens and the seats are horribly uncomfortable. It's like you're sitting on a large soft lumpy pillow that's too low to the ground.

If you are affiliated with University of Washington, you can connect to the wifi of the nearby UW clinic.

Get the Regal club card it's free and sooo worth it

One of the nicest Regal theaters I've been to. As always popcorn and soda are expensive.

Don't bother with the imax here. It's a small screen and costs more than pacsci where they have a true imax screen

This is a new theater, but it sucks. Theater's are small, parking garage is funky, and the layout of the place was designed by someone who doesn't know much about designing I think.

Don't get deceived by the IMAX. The quality is good but the screen is nowhere near the size of the one at Science Pacific Center.
