Two long Smart Q sensor leads Note: The battery pack in EASYSENSE Q is fully charged before it leaves Data Harvest. Even when turned off, EASYSENSE Q will use a small amount of current, and the battery will slowly discharge. To maintain consistency with existing software, sensor inputs 1 and 2 are dual labelled as A and B. The range of a sensor can be altered either in Meters on EASYSENSE Q or by using Sensor Config in the EASYSENSE software (Settings menu). Once a range has been selected it will be used until reselected. © Data Harvest Group Ltd. -

A fully charged battery that looses its charge quickly will demonstrate the need for replacement. When this happens, contact Data Harvest and request a battery replacement pack for EASYSENSE Q – Product No. 5007. -

EASYSENSE Q is a Bluetooth 1.1 standard device, and as such should operate with any Version 1.1 or higher Bluetooth adapters/dongles; however Data Harvest cannot guarantee full operation with all makes of adapter. - Page 33 8. Update to the latest firmware from the Data Harvest website Question 6: The Bluetooth option only shows OFF (so is not currently paired), the Bluetooth Device Wizard already lists my logger as Passkey enabled and when I try to pair I get ‘pairing failed’.

Page 39: Hard Reset
It does not erase any stored data sets but if a recording is interrupted by a reset, then • the data being captured will not be stored. If you are still experiencing a problem, please contact Technical Support at Data Harvest. Please provide details of: The computer platform it is being used with. -
Page 40: Warranty
In the event of a fault developing within the 12-month period, EASYSENSE Q must be returned to Data Harvest for repair or replacement at no expense to the user other than postal charges. Note: Data Harvest products are designed for educational use and are not intended for use in industrial, medical or commercial applications.
